 What We're Looking For:

• A passionate individual eager to be part of a fast-paced startup and community-driven store environment.
• 1-2 years of operations experience with a strong background in grocery, retail, or CPG.
• Highly organized and proactive with a knack for identifying priorities and driving results.
• Experience in launching new services and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced setting.
• A proactive team player with the attitude that no job is too small or too big, whether it's packing snack boxes or assisting customers.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• An appetite for growth and a readiness to learn from industry experts while helping to shape the future of emerging CPG brands.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations with support from our operations director and merchandising manager. Ensure security and safety, maintain optimal equipment performance, manage inventory, and communicate variances effectively.
• Process delivery receipts daily, and monitor short-shelf life products.
• Corporate order coordination: assist with client order processing and tracking.
• Lead our in-store team to champion The Goods Mart's mission and create a welcoming community for customers and brands.
• Drive sales and exceed targets by empowering team members, setting ambitious goals, and engaging the surrounding communities.
• Set team schedules, train team members, and ensure a positive workplace where everyone feels supported.
• Maintain store appearance and enforce merchandising plans to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales potential.
• Assist with community events, fostering connections with brands and driving foot traffic to promote our products and mission.

Salary $25-$30 an hour based on experience. Must be able to carry 25 lbs.
