Co-founders Nichole Wilson and Trish Thomas discovered that as adults, they could no longer eat many of the foods they loved because of autoimmune disease and food allergies/intolerance. As two former foodies, they became devastated by the wide range of foods they were suddenly unable to eat and disappointed by the taste of the foods they could eat. Worst of all, they felt isolated from family and friends because they couldn’t share their food.
Rather than accept this as an unsolvable problem, Every Body Eat® snack thins were born - gourmet-quality snack food made with whole food ingredients, healthy fats, and free from the top 14 allergens and corn.
