Zaza Snacks - Za'atar Pita Chips

ZaZa Snacks make their pita chips differently than those found on shelves today. They first split the pita, then baste it with their customized za'atar spice blend and extra virgin olive oil. Most pita chips are very thick and crunchy and only lightly dusted with flavorings. ZaZa Pita Chips are thin and crisp and loaded with high quality seasonings. It's an elevated and delicious chip - perfect on its own with a glass of wine or dipped into fresh ricotta or hummus.

They bake in small batches in Brooklyn, and don't use any GMO's, artifical flavors, preservatives or trans fats. Their entire team is local to NYC, from their bakery to their designers to their spice purveyors. Since their supply chain is local, they can cut down on their carbon foot print.
