Is it a chip, or is it a cracker? We’ll let you decide, but we’d say it’s a perfect mix. Lauren and Stephen Schwalb completed Whole 30 together at the start of 2020, and became super interested in what they were eating and feeding their family. They wanted to eat healthy, but did not want to sacrifice taste. With that, Ohla! was born.
In Lauren’s free time, balancing motherhood and a career in commercial real estate, she began experimenting with different gluten-free flours and alternatives - developing the only almond flour chip on the market. And don’t worry, it’s approved by the toughest taste testers she knows, her daughters. Best recommended with hummus and guacamole, or added in your favorite salad as a crouton substitute.
