Nothing like an Italian family's secret sauce. Molto comes from the Labartinos, a southern Italian family obsessed with making Nonna Rosa Petrone Labartino's ragù. A slow-cooked tomato-based sauce, this culinary tradition has been passed down through generations. During the pandemic, Leonardo Labartino finally took the advice of friends and began producing Nonna's sauces in small batches from his own kitchen.
This Arrabbiata Morita features a simple, delicoius lineup of ingredients: tomatoes, morita chipotle peppers, white onion, and olive oil. Pair it with your pasta of choice, it's like a hug from Nonna.
