Founders Andrew and Eric met side-by-side as chefs at Eleven Madison Park, and inspired by the nostalgic beauty of cooking, decided to bring their favorite part home; butter. As a result, Black and Bolyard was born; a Grass Fed, Non-GMO brown butter sourced from American farms.
