Executive Assistant - Rachel Krupa, New York       

Founder Rachel Krupa is looking to hire a dynamic and motivated assistant to support her in new project research, support in developing and executing ideas for both The Goods Mart & Krupa Consulting, assistance with scheduling, organization of documents/folders, and general office responsibilities.

This curious, sharp, organized, and resourceful person with excellent writing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset would be based in NYC and work closely with Rachel as she builds both companies.


Minimum 2 years administrative experience

  • New York-based
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High level of proficiency with all MS Office, Dropbox, G-suite, Slack, and Adobe Suite applications is required (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint and Photoshop)


  • Maintain, with discretion, all internal and external communication for the Founder
  • Maintain Founder’s calendar, coordinating all meetings and appointments, as well as tracking Founder’s schedule with calls, conference calls, follow-ups, and confirmations
  • Run lead on select business development projects
  • Provide research for meetings and special projects, pulling articles and building materials to prepare for meetings and presentations
  • Help founder with brainstorming community and charitable activities/actions
  • Manage and organize Founder folders as they pertain to GSuite, Dropbox, Typeform, etc.
  • Assist in developing and perfecting internal administrative processes and procedures
  • Manage Founder's call sheet


  • Actively participating in brainstorm sessions on all levels of the business
  • Support Founder for team meetings, client work, and overall organization of company
  • Oversee in updating company website and assist in curation of company newsletter


  • Work side by side with Founder on product and brand initiatives
  • Assistant in organizing and managing of company photography
  • Help with building companies brand one-sheets
  • Assist with influencer and community outreach
